Where you will train

Club 7 

Club 7 Padel Club is a sports and lifestyle club located in Parque Eduardo VII, Lisbon (approx 20 minutes walk into the city centre). It has 7 padel courts (5 covered), as well as 6 tennis courts, a gym, a 25-metre swimming pool, CrossFit facilities and outdoor training areas. The club also offers fitness classes, wellness facilities, a café and social spaces, making it a popular destination for both sport and leisure.

 

Club 7 also has a café with indoor seating and a spacious terrace overlooking the courts. It serves Portuguese food, snacks and drinks, with a family brunch available at weekends. There is also a Padel Bar where players can relax and socialise after their games

Itinerary

Day 01: Arrival & Coaching 

Arrive in vibrant Lisbon and check into the 4★ Lumen Hotel & The Lisbon Light Show, located close to the city centre. After settling in, begin the trip with a 2-hour padel coaching session at Club 7, giving you the perfect opportunity to get comfortable with the courts, sharpen your technique, and start developing your game with expert guidance. Afterwards, unwind at the hotel, explore Lisbon’s nearby attractions, or enjoy dinner at one of the many restaurants in the area. The trip begins with a great combination of padel, sightseeing and Lisbon’s lively atmosphere.

Day 02: Coaching & Match Play 

Start your morning with a 2-hour coaching session at Club 7, where expert guidance will help you refine your technique, improve consistency, and develop your tactical game. After training, enjoy a relaxing lunch at the Club 7 café, with time to recharge before returning to the courts for 2 hours of match play in the afternoon. Put your skills into practice, compete with your fellow players, and enjoy the competitive side of the game. The combination of focused coaching and match play provides a full day of padel development, competition and enjoyment.

Day 03: Coaching & Match Play

Your morning begins with a 2-hour coached session at Club 7, focusing on developing your technique, tactical awareness, and confidence in match situations. After training, take a well-earned break and enjoy lunch at the Club 7 café before returning to the courts for 2 hours of match play in the afternoon. Put your skills and tactics into practice through competitive games and enjoy some friendly competition with fellow players. After a full day of padel, spend the evening exploring Lisbon, enjoying a local dinner, or relaxing at the hotel.

Day 04: Departure 

Enjoy your last breakfast at the hotel before checking out and departing Lisbon. Take some time to reflect on your padel experience, the progress made throughout the trip, and the great memories created both on and off the court. With a final goodbye to Lisbon, your Focused Padel Experience comes to an end.
