Day 01: Arrival & Coaching

Arrive at the Hard Rock Hotel Marbella, where luxury meets music. Check into your Deluxe room and enjoy a leisurely afternoon exploring the hotel's amenities. Relax by one of the two pools—choose between the lively Eden Pool with DJ sets or the tranquil Sun Society pool with in-water loungers. In the afternoon head to NAC Marbella, the world-renowned padel club, for your 3:30-5 PM session. Experience top-tier coaching and play on one of the club's 16 panoramic courts, including the iconic super panoramic centre court. Afterward, unwind and get to know your group at Soul with hosted welcome drinks. 

Day 02: Coaching & Afternoon Relaxation

Start your morning with a light breakfast at the hotel to energize for the day ahead. From 9:30-11 AM, take part in a dedicated padel coaching session led by expert trainers from M3 Padel Academy, focusing on tailored drills and technical improvements. After a short refreshment break, head back to the courts from 12-1:30 PM for match play, giving you the chance to put your newly developed skills into practice in a fun, competitive setting. Spend the afternoon unwinding — perhaps visit the hotel’s Rock Spa® and enjoy a signature treatment. In the evening take a relaxed walk to a nearby restaurant and make the most of the local dining scene.

Day 03: Coaching, Tournament & Beach

Start your day with breakfast at the hotel to fuel up for an active schedule ahead. From 9-10:30 AM, take part in a focused morning coaching session at NAC. After a refreshment break and some time to recharge, return to the courts from 12-1:30pm for an afternoon King Brunch Tournament with the locals, where you’ll compete in a fun but competitive format and put your improved skills into action. After the match, head down to the beach to soak up the sea air and sunshine for chilled, relaxed vibes, good music, and refreshing drinks by the water.

Day 04: Leisure Morning & Departure

Enjoy a leisurely morning at the Hard Rock Hotel Marbella, taking advantage of the hotel's amenities. Start with a relaxing yoga session at Rock Om®, where serenity meets music for a unique wellness experience. Afterward, visit the Body Rock® fitness center, equipped with state-of-the-art Technogym equipment, or indulge in a spa treatment at the Rock Spa®. Before checking out, savour a final breakfast at the hotel, reflecting on the memorable experiences of your padel getaway. Depart with a refreshed mind and body, carrying the rhythm of Marbella's luxury and sport with you.
