Padel Holidays

What type of padel trips do you offer?

We offer pre-arranged group trips, bespoke trips for clubs or individuals, corporate trips as well as tournaments.

How far in advanced should I book by padel holiday?

We recommend at least 2-6 months in advance to secure the best prices and availability (especially during peak travel seasons).

Are flights included?

No flights are no included in our packages, but can be added

Are transfers included?

No airport transfers are not included in our packages, but can be pre-booked.

How many people will be on my trip?

Typically, our pre-arranged trips are between 12-24 people. However this can vary depending on the trip. 

Can I have a single room?

On our pre-arranged trips are prices are based on twin occupancy (two people sharing). However, we can usually offer single occupancy, please contact us. 

Do I have to be able to play padel?

Our trips are available for everyone from beginner to advanced. We tend to split groups and coach depending on padel levels, therefor larger groups of different levels can still be accommodated.

Can I bring my own racket?

Yes, you can bring your own racket. We can also organise racket & ball rental for trips.

Can I add more padel to the trip?

Of course, if you want additional coaching, free play or join local players we can organise this. 

Can you help pre-book excursions or restaurants?

Yes, we have lots of recommendations for activities, day trips, relaxation & local restaurants and bars. 

Can I make changes to my booking once confirmed?

In most case, you can modify your booking (dates, names, destination, group size). However fees may apply depending on the supplier. 

Are there any additional costs?

On each trip we clearly state what’s included vs what’s not.

Do I need travel insurance?

We would always recommend taking out fully comprehensive travel insurance before each trip. 

Payment, Refunds and Cancellation

What are the payment terms for the trips?

We require 30% deposit upfront & final balance will be due within 12 weeks of departure. 

What is the cancellation policy?

Policies vary by airline, hotel, or package provider.  Some bookings are fully refundable, while others may only offer credit or charge cancellation fees. We would advise checking these before booking any trip and the terms of our trips can be requested before booking.
