Day 01: Arrival & Warm-Up

Arrive in sunny Vilamoura and check into the luxurious 5★ Tivoli Hotel, perfectly located just a 10-minute walk from Vilamoura Tennis & Padel Academy. After settling in, ease into the week with a 90-minute afternoon free play session on the academy’s professional outdoor courts. This is the perfect chance to get comfortable with the setting, enjoy some friendly rallies, and shake off the travel. Afterwards, unwind at the hotel, stroll along Vilamoura’s lively marina, or enjoy dinner at one of the many restaurants nearby. The week begins with a balance of light play, relaxation, and Mediterranean atmosphere. 

Day 02: First Coaching Session

Start your morning with a high-energy 90-minute coaching session at the academy. Under expert guidance, you’ll refine technique, build consistency, and get a taste of the structured training approach that defines this holiday. The focus is on sharpening core skills while getting accustomed to the pace of daily coaching. After training, the afternoon is free to relax at Tivoli’s pool, explore Vilamoura’s stunning beaches, or refuel at the academy’s café and pizzeria. The balance of intensive training and recovery time ensures you feel fresh and motivated, ready to take on the challenges ahead while enjoying the Algarve’s laid-back vibe.

Day 03: Coaching & Match Play

Your morning begins with another focused 90-minute coached session, where drills become more dynamic and tactical awareness takes center stage. In the afternoon, return to the courts for 90 minutes of free play, testing new strategies and enjoying competitive rallies with fellow players. This mix of structured coaching and unstructured practice makes for a full, rewarding day of padel. In the evening, unwind with fresh seafood by the marina or a sunset beach walk, reflecting on progress while soaking up Vilamoura’s vibrant atmosphere.

Day 04: Skills & Recovery

Fuel up with breakfast before heading to the academy for another 90-minute morning coaching session. Today’s focus sharpens technical and physical endurance, with drills that push both fitness and precision. After training, the afternoon is yours to relax. Lounge by Tivoli’s pool, take a spa session, or enjoy a leisurely bike ride along the Algarve coastline. With no scheduled padel in the afternoon, it’s the perfect balance of effort and recovery. Day 05: Training & Free Play

By day five, your rhythm is set, and your game sharper. The morning kicks off with a 90-minute coached session focusing on advanced tactics, teamwork, and mental strength under pressure. Coaches will guide you through point-building strategies and situational drills. In the afternoon, enjoy another 90-minute free play session, where you’ll put everything into practice—rallies, matches, and lots of competitive fun. This is where improvement really shows. After a fulfilling day, relax at Tivoli’s stylish bar or explore Vilamoura’s marina one last time, celebrating progress and friendships formed.
